2 Way alarm, cheap

I am sending this out to the So. Cal area. This is not spam or any crap, just trying to help out all my fellow Zilvia members!

A good friend of mine and I have put together an alarm package for the typical broke ass Zilvia.net car owner. It includes a 2 WAY alarm (one LCD, other one is one way regular) multi-stage shock sensing that is adjustable, current sensor, door triggers, lights flash, and door locks (if you already have power ones).

I personally use this alarm and can vouch for about 650+ feet (about 1/8th mile)THROUGH my garage door, and across my condo complex. Remote beeps, lights up (blue normal, orange warning, red full alert), and vibrates when someone starts messing with you ride . It also tells you the time, kind of nice.
I don't know the brand and it is not any of the DEI product lines, but it does have a mess of other options available like honk output, trunk pop (need to buy popper), and remote start (extra) ect... You also get a bright ass blue LED warning light too! We are still working on an installed price for the remote start version, but for the basic one listed above, $190 INSTALLED! The closest system to this is $310 PLUS installation from Best Buy

Hopefully this gets a sticky here and not locked. I am just tired of reading about everyone getting their shit jacked. There is no minimum of people. He also does all kinds of other stereo work too (subs, navi, mids/highs, ect.) along with custom creations.

I'm no expert but isn't $110 shipped a little expensive for a no name brand alarm? I've seen name brand new Crimestopper alarms for roughtly that much, with remote start, 2-way FM paging and all that good stuff. I don't mean to be negative or anything, it's just that when I read that this was a special for the typical broke zilvia car owner, I was expecting a killer deal! While best buy may charge $310 plus for an alarm system, it's known that they over-charge, especially when installing something. If you are truly just trying to help out the zilvia community and not make a killing off of us, then I think the price is a little to high for the typical broke zilvia member. No name brand alarms like that typically go for less than $110 shipped. Just my $0.02 though.

Just to clear some things up All the alarms at BestBuy include Installation in the prices. And a limited lifetime warranty on labor. and they will even uninstall it for you if you decide to sell your car. To me thats worth the extra money. Any how good luck with the sale.

I thought he said $110 shipped, $120 priority, it's $90 shipped, $100 priority shipping. He is making just a little bit off the alarm.

As far as the best buy thing goes, I just looked up a 2 way system and saw their pricing online, didn't see anything about install or warranty, but it makes sense. My buddies alarms are FM-FM just like DEI, but unlike the basic viper 2way, you get a LCD remote, not the LED one.

Just trying to help, if it happens great, if not oh well, but I am just tired of seeing so many cars go bye bye. while the alarm its self may not be that big of a bargin, at least the installed price seems to be.
