Problem started and I originally thought it was the MS but I changed it as well as the SC. When I press the clutch pedal it squeeks. It's really hard to explain but it's squeeking when it goes back and forth. It's as if it needs grease on the rod or spring or something. Tried greasing the rod and the spring on the pedal and it's the same thing. The clutch works but the pedal doesn't go back and forth freely. It's very jerky, like when i'm lifting my foot off of it it will stick sometimes. Any ideas would be appreciated because I'm tired of driving with this thing like this. No smooth engagement becasue the pedal sticks throughout it's range of motion coming up. Hope it makes sense because it's really hard to explain. Maybe I can try to get an audio recording of the sound that it makes. (sounds like a squeeky bed when your having sex...lolololol) Hope someone can help me thanks.

it might be a spring that is not pulling the clutch petal back properly.

Mine squeaks like that all the time. I remember another member on here saying there is supposed to be a plastic piece in there somewhere. Mine also pops sometimes.

My pedal squeeked and the engagement wasn't so smooth also. I sprayed some grease on there and the squeek went away. The rough clutch engagement was still there though. Fast forward 6-7 months. I started my clutch replacement task. When I took everything apart, it looked like the previous owner didn't lube the sleeve that slides back and forth on the input shaft well enough. Look it up on the FSM, its the same sleeve that the throwout bearing is pressed onto. After lubing the sleeve up really well, (some people say to just go the dealer and get a new one) and reassembling everything. It was butter! Smooth engagement.
Make sure you're pedal assembly is working properly, then make sure the clutch hydraulic system is working properly, then if all else fails, clutch time. I hope this helps you

I'm pretty much down to this plastic thing, because i've already replaced the clutch, SC, and MC and I greased the shaft that you were referring to, the throw out bearing and pilot bushing are brand new. Please if anyone has any info, or could shead some light on this plastic piece on the clutch pedal or even better, show some pictures of it, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for all the help so far guys.
