price on damaged 95 240

My buddy told me about a 95 240SE that has front end damage and needs a radiator. Approximately what should i expect to pay for it? I figure Id start with something that has a bad front end since it will give me an excuse to paint it and do the jdm front end conversion. BTW the frame is good he said....wether or not it is is another story...

I really need to see some pics before I could give an estimate but the big question is: Does it need a radiator because the front end was damaged bad? If so I wouldn't be offering him  much for it.
