Im just wondering if anyone else does this or if there are any companies that make a kit for this.
You cut the hard line that goes to the back side of the engine,

Then just make a t-fitting to run the hoses off of, ive had made better ones before but this is the best we could do with what home depot had at the time, gets rid of the loop of hose most people have and i think looks cleaner( t sits against engine when its all the way on)

Hey man. What you should do is slice off the right fittings as close to the block as you can. Then weld on maybe 1/4" to 1/2" length of 5/8" OD tubing.

The one on the left that you cut off you can leave as is. Just put a 5/8" OD tubing on it.

This will allow you to run a 5/8" hose straight from the fittings into the heater core.

Slicing the fittings closer to the block allows you more room to bend the hoses. The way it sits now it's too narrow to bend.

Stay away from the Heavy Throttle kit. It does not fit and the bottom heater hose is 3/4" = leak. Search for my comments and part numbers. You can pick them up at your favourite auto store for $15 instead of paying $30 + shipping for them.

You shouldn't also return coolant from the turbo like that. Just plug that line completely. Get an S14 water outlet and Taka S14 braided turbo line and return coolant to the water outlet.

As i said in the post the T sits alot closer to the block with it all the way on, and what is wrong with running the coolant the way it is done from the factory? If i did that it would make no need for this of course, but that is alot more money in parts.

The T is fine. Just put a 5/8" OD fittings on it because your heater core is 5/8".

Search my posts for comments on return coolant from the turbo. It's really for easy maintenance because it's hard to get back there to plug up a leak.

They are actually slightly bigger then the heater core, the hose fits fine on the heater core and i had to put some musle into it to get it on the pipe but it goes. Ive never had a leak on any of those hoses, dont really see why you would have one unless you did something wrong.

Non-preformed heater hoses leak all the time, especially when they're stretched. The hoses have a tolerance of 1/32" stretch max. Anything bigger than that and you'll weaken the weaves over time = leak.

If you have everything figured out then go for it.
