2nd gen Apexi RSM help!!!

My RSM does reads rpm's accurately and also all the other many stuffs it can do but not the power measure and I installed it with the supplied G sensor. All i get is 18PS max eventhough i do a 200+kmh run or revs it to 7k. Is there a setting that i missed? The manual for 2nd gen rsm is in japanese and english version is not available even from the apexi site.

let me see if i can find my manual
but check the g-sensor if i recall it hase to be held down well and horizontal to the road
