I would love to hear some opinions.

like i always said.. i would kill to have wider s14 SE wheels.. the works kinda fit that description, but wider i can assume. sexy as hell, i love how the lip looks.
if you decide u want the weds set, lemme know where i can get the works hahaha =) seriously.

i had that same set of weds on my civic, they look ugly in pictures but look pretty sexy once they are on the car. they only thing i didnt like is the fact that i put to low of a profile tire for the highways around me and i bent 2 of the wheels.oh btw the weds are on closeout on tirerack if you didnt already know. i think the works would look better on the 240 imo.

weds look nice on a car that is focused on the track.

I would rather get the first set of wheels they look more classy and the weds just look so late 90's for some reason and too flat where the spokes and the rim meet maybe if they had some concavity they would be more appealing
Neither wheel will fit on your car very nicely

yah
depends on what you want to do,
Id rock weds for a track car.
and the old works for a roller,
but for all around deff works (first set)

if you want weds, get the sa-70's. most other weds sports look gross.
neither set of wheels interests me, but i guess the works are the lesser of two evils.

The Weds are pretty rare, so you'd be unique. Like someone else said, though, the flat face looks nasty. If there were a concave version, I'd like to see it.
There's some JGTC Celica that runs them, it's the only car that makes the wheel look good.

First set looks 10x better imo

The Weds look good just run a big enough spacer to have them flush and they'll be looking cool on you're car. To many people with Work wheels now a days:doh:

I like the First ones But I Think that the second ones would look better on a DB Zenki

I vote you make up your own mind, rather then depending on a group of people you don't even know to choose for you.

The weds look ok.... but im not hot on either. The works look way too plain and the weds are whatever. nothing to drool over.

I don't have wider fenders and I'm not a fan of that gansta wheel offset lol.
I will probably run 10mm spacers.

:werd: x2 , I love concave wheels or ones with a lip.
To the poster post a pic of your car so we can get a better visual idea of the wheels we are comparing to.

I personally would choose the Works. It looks more like a stockish style with the polished or chrime lip. I think i like this better than my XR-4

if you get THOSE then it might be better

i prefer the looks of the first set but the offset is telling me no for both sets

I'd guess that the works will not fit 300zx brakes, if you plan on going that route, while the weds might. the works have a nice lip, but i think that face is way to plain, looks like something off a whale-tail porsche.

I love old school wheels.
My brakes are from a jdm s14 turbo.

04-10-2007, 12:14 PM
Nah.
I just have to choose things for my drift competition in Korea.
The judges look for how much the car appeals so it doesn't matter to them wether I think my shit flows or not.
Also, I could get the volks for a little cheaper... just wondering how it apeals to everyone. I have my heart set on the works though.

If its for a drift comp get the weds and paint them some whacked out loud color..
