Z32 is pimper
Z32 has more pistons, but people say both work great on the s-chassis.

This will give you a basic breakdown on brakes for the 240sx....but seriously you could've just put q45 brakes/z32 brakes/240sx brake upgrades into any search engine (including the nifty one that's available free of charge on this forum) and found it in 2 seconds like I did.....

Q45 has less agressive pad choices.
Z32 aluminum ones save you a lot of weight.
Z32 has any pad you can think of.

I've been the owner of both fulle Q45 brake set-up and Z32 brake set-up.
Impressions of Q45 brakes FULL:
Awesome brakes they actually have slightly more brake torque than the Z32 brakes do, all around very awesome brakes that will not give you the rear brake bias that the Z32 brakes will, so in that aspect alot safer because if you ever had your rear brake lock on you, you would know why I say that but they are heavier than the aluminum Z32 calipers, honestly IMO better than Z32 brakes but I had to have Z32 brakes for the looks.
Impression of Z32 brake FULL:
Inital impression was these brake sucks compare to the Q45 brakes I previously was running, alot more effort was needed to bring the car to a stop but I was initally running the 1 1/16" BMC and the rear end would want to lock up and swing out during hard breaking at freeway speed , then I switch to the stock 7/8" and was much better (but still swings out at freeway speed during hard breaking) but wanted a lil bit firmer pedal and just settled on the 15/16" Z32 BMC and I like this setup this is what im currently running. To fix the problem of the rear swingng out I am upgrading to Z33 track rotors to fix my bias basically back to stock bias.
