I have done the whole z32 brake swap on my 90 non abs 240sx. The calipers came off of a 91 na 300zx. The problem I am having is when I press the brake it goes straight to the floor, but yet even with it going to the floor it holds the front wheels fine but the rears are very weak until I pump it a time or two then they work. After I let off for a few seconds it will go straight to the floor again when I push the pedal again. I have bought a new 1 1/16 mc bench bled it, and went through almost 2 bottles of brake fluid bleeding. I searched and have only come up with the caliper bleeders needing to be on top, or possibly the brake booster being the problem. Is there something I am missing, or doing wrong? Please help I am at a loss right now and am trying to get it done soon.

Did you bleed properly from the tire furthest from MC... and while you were bleeding did you get good pedal feel or was it always going to the floor?
If you are sure you bled properly do a quick visual for leaks while someone is pushing the pedal...
if not leaks you can start narrowing down to either your calipers or your MC/brake booster

I had a similar problem. Turns out my front calipers were on the opposite side. :)

My rear calipers are on reversed with the bleeder screw on the bottom(the ones giving me problems) I will swap them tonight if not then probably the brake booster. Yeah I have bled them from the passenger rear caliper, I believe it might be the rear calipers placed wrong. Other then that the only thing that wasn't replaced was the booster. Will keep you all updated, appreciate the help also.

Yeah i was going to say the bleeder valve needs to be aiming up. Let us know if the problem dissapears.
