Anyone know any sites/retailers that sell some rare or hard to find shoes? For me, more specifically, I'm tryin to get my hands on a pair of these: http://www.rareairshoes.com/images/LA_Gear_Lights_Leap_Gear_Turbo_White_Black_Purple_ 003.jpg
I tried that site that was inked on the pic, but can't seem to find 'em anywhere. Can anyone help? Unless any of you guys have a pair in size 8.5 or 9, then that'd be fine too haha

I never had those cause I was too damn fly for those things.
A lot of girls wore those tho.
On a side note, I'm mad cause Nike just rereleased the Agassis but failed them by changing a bunch of stuff and not doing the og neon color.

Even if you were to find those light up ones, expect to pay a premium for them.

okay, i've been looking for this pair of shoes for years now. i remember them sitting on the shelf at Foot Locker, but i never bought them... they were these Reeboks, all white, and the best way i could describe them would be calling them the shoes Stormtroopers would wear. the sides were plastic, and were just covered with a raised grid of squares. they were FUCKING AWESOME. does anybody know what i'm talking about?

Damn. I remember those shoes, back in like 94`.
But my hustle was too hard to wear, "commoner" shoes.
For a while my local toy store sold those when they were hot.
Kids wore those who couldn't get the pumps.

I couldn't afford a pair of pumps 15 years ago and I can't afford pumps today $400 :bash:
All the kids would destroy those things with pencils and pop the air sacks...

I used to wear Air Max and Dunks back then, when it was just a "normal" shoe, not like the hype it gets today.

yea seriously those are the cheap brands, i used to ask for cool skating vans when i was little and all i got was airwalks =[
ALTRNTV
04-04-2007, 08:08 PM
Airwalks were pretty cool. Hahahahaha I had a couple pairs when I wanted to be cool and fit into the skater crowd.

i still have a pair of airwalks around here somewhere. i had a fat boner for superstars growing up... and doc martens >.<
and hype aside, the Dunk is easily one of the best shoes nike has ever made. comfortable and simple.

Word, the Airwalks of the early 90s were so fresh and nice for skating. Sucks they could have ruled the skate shoe market, instead they're a Ross brand now.

Pickyourshoes.com is the ultimate online sneaker spot. they have every color reebok pump made as well as adidas, nike, vans, and some other stuff.
Also HotRod on westwood and olympic has a ton of rare nikes and vans.
I just got my hands on these, I used to have them in 6th grade.
