well i went yesturday to a meet, it was a good one about 40 to 50 cars, only thing only about 4 240s showed up, just wondering if anyone is up to meet up there its in artesia, off the 91 freeway on pioneer they do it every monday, at around 9pm to about 11:30, and no problems with cops, cool people no problems, pretty good meet, just wondering if anyone is down to go. Im gunna make the best effort to go every monday .. latah

ah yes, we all know THOSE kinds of people. in the early days of racing, they were known as hoodlums, nowadays, they are often referred to as parking lot drifters. it is best not to socialize with such underlings.

you can meet good people anywhere. it just happens to be that most meets such nowadays because of all the attention and bullshit that our cars get. oh well, if you have a next to near stock 240.. go out and have fun, you'll feel famous - like a god....

So true. I know for the norcal area, all the people who aren't ricers know each other.

While everyone else is just some bandwagon yuppie. Even if I venture out to a crowded parking lot, it's full of kids with their gf's running around playing tag or some gay shit. I'd like to talk to someone new who knows what the hell they are talking about. But sadly that hasn't been happening.
