Anyone know anything about Acura Cl's

Anyone know how to remove the driver's door panel from a '97 Acura CL? I havent really taken a look at it, but if anyone has any hints, please lemme know.
Hopefully it'll be as easy as mine on the 240 and I wont have any problems.

Now anyone know anything about replacing the window motor?
Looks a lot more of a pain in the ass than on my car.
