If you don't have money please don't ask. The motor will be professionally removed at a local shop for your convenience and piece of mind. They will give you a discount for installation as well.
Generally the motor runs really well and the wiring is impeccable. I take pride in my wiring skills.
'93 JDM 180SX redtop SR20DET motorset with 60k km/40k mi. It came with the front clip 2 years ago when motors were still tested before being shipped to the US. Comes complete with everything you need for turnkey installation into an S13, minus A/C.
Comes with the following parts, going backward:
* DriveShaft Shop steel 1-piece driveshaft/propeller shaft. 9/10. Excellent except for some slight surface rust, which is normal for steel.
* Gearbox from said motorset. Shits perfectly with no grind at all. 9/10. The only way to get better is to get a new one. I don't grind gears and I double clutch 1st every time. Will also throw in 3 quarts of RedLine MT-90, brand new OEM magnetic drain and filler plugs, and new silicone sealant. The gearbox will come complete with the bell housing, all internals, shifter, Peak Race gearbox mount, everything including the shift knob as well.
* Nismo clutch slave cylinder with new installation hardware. Brand new with only about 100 miles on it. 9.5/10.
* Clutch and flywheel are unknown brand. Presumed to be OEM. 6/10 because it should be upgraded. Drives very well and do not slip though, but is making T/O bearing noise so it should be checked.
* Engine from said motorset. Leakdown/compression is perfect. Comes with:
- Nismo motor mounts and new installation hardware
- S15 metal exhast manifold gasket
- Stock T25, with plugged water outlet line and Taka Motorsports oil line. Have Taka Motorsports braided water lines and powdercoated S14 waterneck not installed. Will include.
- HKS Racing Suction intake
- SARD R2D2 BOV recirculated and mounted on OEM hotpipe. Will include fittings to make it VTA.
- stock sidemount and piping
- intake side is completely stock
- GReddy rocker arm stopper
* Radiator and Samco silicone hoses
* Megan turbo outlet with Swain Tech coating
* Megan downpipe with flexjoint, reclocked for improved clearance.
* S13 non-HICAS steering rack and DOHC power steering lines.
Engine is complete with all sensors, ignitor chip, CAS, alternator, starter, power steering pump, so on and so forth. New spark plugs, oil, filter, etc. every 3k miles/3 months. New belts. New O2 sensor. so on and so forth.
The wiring is excellent. I have spent many painstaking hours carefully preparing the harness. Will plug into S13 body harness at the batter box and at the ECU WITH NO MODIFICATIONS!!! Also have CONSULT port for the passenger side kick panel area.
Will include S13 SR 8000 RPM tachometer. You need this for SOHC cars because SOHC tach will not work with twin cam engines.
I am asking for $2,800 OBO. Keep in mind that the engine is in the car and you can see how well it runs. Starts up every time. Doesn't make any weird noises. The power steering pump leaks a little bit, but doesn't leak anywhere else. Doesn't burn oil/coolant.
I don't cut corners, and I don't mickey-mouse anything. If you want to know something please ask. The wiring alone will save you a lot of hassles. Every shop I've been to have complimented me on the wiring.
All you need to do is clean up the external accessories a little bit, and perhaps do a timing chain rebuild with water pump/oil pump and you're good to go.
