^^ I would think they are OEM polyurethane because of those mounting tabs. Might be wrong though.

My friend had some like that before and they were not fiberglass. They were made out of plastic. Even still fiberglass would be fine for a rear valance.

yes they are fiberglass.
for the rear valence that is perfectly fine. fitment is excellent.
i test fitted them with double sided tape.
