Ok Unstable said all you need are these parts.
DOHC motor-
91 to 94 DOHC ECU and engine harness -
91 to 94 Distributor and coil/ignition setup-
91 to 94 MAF-
DOHC tachometer-
DOHC power steering reservoir-
DOHC power steering lines-
How much is it all gonna cost about? Another thing, i talked to a mechanic, he said ill be to hard to swap it because you'll have to do a lot of adapting, wires ect ect ect ect! Is that True? Or do you just need those parts that Unstable listed.

It's slightly less work than an SR swap into a SOHC car. Slightly.
It's a lot of work for fifteen horsepower. Unless you're going turbo (taking advantage of the nice selection of DOHC turbo kits) there's really no reason. If your SOHC is tired, get another SOHC. If you want the extra power and revs, get a cam and a set of valve springs.

You won't have to do any adapting if you have the ECU and engine harness.. the wires are al there for you already. If you have the stuff they say.. you will be fine. Those guys know what they are doing. You may just want to swap in a whole 91-94 gauge cluster instead of just the tach.. Or you could not use the factory tach, and get an aftermarket one.
I would think you could get all that stuff for under or near 1000 if you looked hard.. possibly under 500
