well my sohc ka is pretty bad. its burning oil like crazy and has crazy lifter noise.

al ive done is replace the timing chain and clutch on it i dont want to spend more on parts and the time on fixing it up.
what i was thinking is have some fun with it by running some "nos" or "nawsss" as some people cal it but in the real world its nitrous.

so i have been looking at kits. the one that i am probably set on is this one

nitrous kit (http://www.savinglots.com/lotprod.asp?item=NOS8)

has anyone used this kit? anyone have any others they would recommend?

i eventually want to swap a s15 "silvia" motor in my car and s15 front end with a s15 6 speed tranny i will probably swap the rear tail lights also but thats more down the line.

so anyone have any tips on this nitrous kit or others?

dude, your 240 will die quickly with nawsss. &nbsp;i say skip it. &nbsp;but if you REALLY want to. &nbsp;grab a kit, put the 75-100 shot jets in it, take it to the track, and lay the smack down. &nbsp;you should bring your sentra along for the drive home. &nbsp;cuz the 240 will have holes in the block. &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'> &nbsp;my buddy but nitrous on a honda, took it to the track, and burned the hell out of a valve. &nbsp;drove home on three cylinders. &nbsp;awww yeah.

hell yeah, i'm getting the two stage kit. i like crutchfield's review, and no i didn't put certain words in " " &nbsp; &nbsp;they did that themselves, such as "Boost" "Bass in a Bottle"

Hey, custom car enthusiasts, great bass can be a gas — literally! The wildest and coolest subwoofer of its time, the NOS-8 is a passive 8" Bazooka RS Bass Tube designed to look like a nitrous oxide tank!

Strap it into your ride for a quick and easy bass "boost." Or mount a couple next to your nitrous oxide tank and watch your buddies shake their heads in disbelief! Since the sub is a Bazooka tube with turbo-cooled voice coils, you get plenty of famous Bazooka kick. This "bass in a bottle" comes with the "tank," cosmetic nozzle, braided speaker wire, and a complete aluminum mounting kit. It's unreal!

yeah i can see that working out for you, especially since after you go through your motor you could just get all your s15 stuff right afterwards, it would be the perfect excuse.

go through the guys that SCC went through for their sr20 and you sould prolly do it all for like $3000.

as for me, i was thinking about going the s15 route but i think i'll just get either an RB26dett, or a VG30dett. which ever i can find first and put it in over a weekend with my sisters.

then i'll get skyline tails and front end, and maybe brakes if i cant find porsche ones for a good deal. then i'll get those awesome looking sony speakers with those funky grills. but thats a little more down the line.

hey buddy, email me... [email protected]
we can get together and eat each others assholes
