I found this thread (http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=450937) over at www.vwvortex.com .
Some guy had a an extra car, some extra cash, and made a supercharger. I honestly don't know if he is serious or just joking. Either way, it is better than the leaf blower or ebay superchargers.

I'd probably do the same kind of crap if I had a POS that I didn't care about. &nbsp;I don't think the compressor blades will hold up to well when he starts spinning them at high rpm though. &nbsp;

What he should do is mount an actual pulley on there instead of a peice of wood. &nbsp;After that the only real problem is gonna be mounting it in a way that would be able to hold it in place without the plastic breaking. &nbsp;ok.. &nbsp;I'm gonna stop, b/c this is just stoopid.
