ok.. so i got an intake put on... i have a 92 with the ka24de... now when i connected all the hoses i realized there was one left that didnt have a home to connect to... when i looked at the stock tube its connects right underneath the tube by the throttle body... its a bigger hose and it looks like it connects to the radiator.. can anyone tell me th purpose of this hose and if its a bad thing that its not connected to anything?

that large hose on the bottom of the intake JUST before the throttle body goes to a small plastic box.
this box is empty much like the box in your fender (on s13) under your intake filter box.
the hose you're talking about being detached will not do any damage at all.
shitcan all that extra intake stuff.

try to trace it and connect it back....make sure u wont have any vacuum leak or your engine will lean/rich out then the comp will shut down your car. i dont remember where that hose goes though im pretty much blank right now

It's been thirty minutes, don't be so impatient. People don't live on here.
As mentioned above, the large outlet just below the bend on the intake side is to a secondary resonator. Either reinstall it or cap the outlet completely.
