yeah, i "borrowed" some numbers from that racing team i work for on occasion. so in preparation for this weekends festivities, i thought i'd toss them on. click here (http://community.webshots.com/user/tnord17) to see them. go to the car pictures section and scroll down. not good pics, for some reason, some of the stuff looks off in one of the pics. i'll have good ones from the track early next week. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>
and since i rag on people so much, feel free to rag on me for my ricey decals.

ha, you rice whore!
nah j/k, looks fine.
i saw this 240sx today at the mall... parked right next to me. same color(dark red), but his was an '89 or '90 (and AUTO), had some riceboy website decals on the sideskirts along with "NISMO" in huge ricey letters on his windshield, dragon decals on his hatch, had two huge APC exhaust tips on the factory muffler, and it looks as though he spent upwards of 3 dollars on yellow spray paint for his grille, brake calipers, and dashboard. i thought i was gonna throw up, especially because i know he pulled up next to me, saw my stock 240, and thought "damn dawg mine's twice as tizzight"....

Free numbers <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sly.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':sly:'> I'm too cheap to get some made at the local FastSigns (about $40) and always have to use tape. You know detailing... anything to get off month old racer's tape residue?
The numbers look good, but what the hell is this?

All the numbers in the world can't fix that mug! j/k!!
Are the numbers magnetic? <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

Awwwww... it's growing up into a real race car.. Maybe someday it'll loose all that other useless crap in the interior, and become a true contender.. lol j/k
It actually looks pretty good. Got that black paint lookin nice, even on track day.. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

nope, not magnetic, just kinda that static shit. same kinda thing as when you order parts and get the decals with it.
month old racers tape?
heat gun+adhesive remover+ something with a sharp edge but won't scratch bad. like a credit card, but not as harsh. it'll come off, just takes lots of time.
yeah, it's getting to be a real race car. know how i know? cause it's always fucking broken, just like a real race car.

Reminds me of a line the NASA director used at a recent driver's meeting:
Racing is no more expensive than it was 20 years ago... it STILL takes every cent you got.
Thanks for the tip <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/sad.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':('>
