I will be buying the 180 in a matter of days.  I have choosen a company to supply the KA motor.  But now for the transmission.

My friend bought a 1991 180 and I am buying my 1990 180.  His is a manual while mine is an automatic.  See here is thje thing.  I want manual, and he wants automatic.  We want to swap and all part are there, so is it a bad Idea?  If I have all the parts, is it going to be a huge pain in the ass?

I referr to it as the 180sx because I can... if you MUST be so picky.... swap all the 180's with Nissan 240SX fastback

hey.. it's not a 180.. were are not in japan.. a 180 has the wheel on the right side as well as a 1.8 L Ca18det or a 2.0 L sr20det.. varies from year or trim.. u have a 240sx.. call it that! u can make it as much like a 180 as possble and it'll be nice as hell but it's just a usdm, wanna be jdm 240sx

hey, i just bought a R390, well, if you want to get technical, i just bought a 240.

i bet i could sell you a "JDM control arm" for a hundred bucks over the "USDM control arm" if i wanted to.
