sugar in the gas

i just went to put gas in my tank and i found a huge mound of sugar just sitting there... i have noticed that my fuel pump sounded a little funny but i didnt know what the problem was. what all should i do to fix? new tank, lines pump injectors but i dont know how long its been in there. is there anything else i should do?

it may or may not even do ANYTHING. Its not going to turn your car into a caramel apple, your lines are more than likely fine.

You dont need a new tank, just pull it and drain it, and flush the system with clean gas (with injectors pulled).

and for god sakes add a new fuel filter to that list.

I just saw that you were from Hershey, PA. Maybe a chocolate truck flipped on the freeway and lobbed some sugar at your car

well im like 95% sure its them. they fucked with my old car once so... i have some kids that are friends with them that i can find out if it was them and if it was... i will kill them. they chipped the paint all round the gas door trying to get it so there goes my paint job. although its not too bad its just a pain in the dick. its cold here in PA and i dont have a garage so i have wait till my buddy gets back from maine to use his dads garage...

So if its a real wealthy area they probably drive more expensive cars than you with more expensive and intricate EMS and mechanics. Chances are the moer advanced their motor the more likely sugar will cause problems. Maybe a little sugar in their gas tank will fuck them over and not you. Give them a taste of their own sugar. ORRRRRR, beat the fuck out of their cars w/ a louisville slugger. (Make sure to hit every window, light, and body panel at least one time) Depends on your temperament :) Either way revenge is sweet. I know itll be harder to do but I think I would just leave well enough alone, or kill all of them and dump their bodies somewhere. Other wise itll just be a shooting match, till something serious happens. One time in high school some kid borrowed another kids PS2 and wouldnt give it back, so out in the parking lot one day they decided to fight over it, well the one kid go his ass beat, so he decided to burn the other kids car to the ground while it was parked infront of his house.....lesson learned

i have a similar situation. I live in a more affluent part of town where my cars (parked right outside my house), a 240 and a crx get vandalized a few times a year. the windows get smashed, but nothing inside gets stolen.

we think its some punk kids, but we have really no evidence. I recently installed an alarm on my car with a remote transponder, with shock and proximity sensors. I figure I'll at least discourage, if not catch the culprit the next time.
while i wouldn't kill or seriously injure the a-hole, i would def give them a good ass kicking for sure.

well i checked everything out just about no sugar go in the tank... but when i pulled out the fuel pump the o-ring between the pump and the tank is way too big. and im having trouble finding this part... any help

It expands when you remove it, so you have to go to the nissan dealer and order a new one, or cut a small section out of it and slide it in the track again but it still wont properly seal untill you get an new o-ring.

Go an throw the balloons at their cars, homes, etc
Get a camera, wait for ther retaliation
shoot some pics of them in action
Go to the police
Laught at them at the end
Be sure to sell your paintball marker or get it out of your house before going to the police.
Otherwise, get some clear epoxy and seal off every keyhole on the cars, houses, etc. Be sure to cover the hole including the cylinder.
