Tryed searching..and no luck. Took this pic two years ago at tokyo auto salon and wondering if any one experienced with paint knows of the color name for this pearl color or if I just have to add crazy pearl to make it a custom color. thanx i know its a little hard to see.

I would say that's not a stock pearl white. Most likely something custom, just looks like a pearl white with a green pearl added to it. Who knows what else though, it could be a lot of pearls mixed together.

looks like Cadillac Escalade paint
It just looks like a custom white pearl....Look through a paint book from pretty much any brand and you'll find a swatch that looks like that

The Caddy Diamond White or Lexus are the most popping OEMs if you want the ability to order perfect matching replacement paint. But for the show car effect you will definitely have to go custom. Basically any colored pearl over white base will give you that effect. Dupont, Nippon,PPG, BASF, House Of Kolor will all have what you're looking for.
The effect is determined by the pearl size and color, satin being the most subtle, with flakes or shimmers having the most dramatic effect. Here is an info link to painting pearls so you can compare pics... http://www.paintwithpearl.com/pearls.htm
The pic you posted looks like a mixture of green and red satin pearl over white base.
i think that's pearl necklace across your mom's chest white. the paint code is ppg 169.
