yeah....it works by reducing chassis flex, allowing the suspension to do the job the engineers designed it to do, although it's not that much of an improvement. but for $40, what do you expect?

If you dont mind reading this a good page to check out.  strut bar theory (http://e30m3performance.com/myths/Strutbar_Theory/strut_bar_theory.htm)  As for the Ebay bars they are all the same.  From what I read they all do the same thing its that the ones that are rectangular are less likley to bend compared to the round ones.

I have Cusco as well and I noticed a huge improvement.  It definitely depends on how you drive though.  For everyday driving you might not notice a big difference.  If you aren't terribly familiar with your car (not saying that you aren't) you also might not notice a big difference.  Although I really don't think so, some people think that having only a front STB makes the rear want to break loose more, it does FEEL that way, but it hasn't done anything I haven't expected yet....

i think a STB is the cheapest mod you can do, and IMHO it makes a pretty big difference.  but it is true you will only notice it depending on your driving.

I also have a Cusco stb.  The first time I put it on my S14, I did feel a slight difference. The front (steering too) was stiffer going into tight grip corners.  This was before I lowered it so maybe this showed a better comparisson...or not
