i finished my redtop swap and i didnt bother checking the clutch befor it put it in because i was told that it was all good, well i went to drive it for the first time, and i pushed in the clutch but it wouldnt go into gear.. i was alittle puzzled, so i started it in gear with the clutch in and it moved and started right up but i couldnt stop.. it doesnt seem to slip when im driving, but it shakes alittle under heavy accel. i was wondering what it could be, so if anyone has had the same prob let me know.

Did you ever bleed the clutch?

I think your clutch isn't disengaging.
Try to bleed the clutch again.
I had same thing happen to me (couldn't go into gear with car on, could go into gear car off, could start and move in gear, but couldn't switch gears), in my case the springs on the clutch disc made a run for it and blew out.
OEM SR Exedy is not very pricey, I'd typically be very reluctant to use the clutch that's on a SR, something you might as well do with the motor off, little more peace of mind.

definatly try to bleed it. do whatever is cheapest first, then after that its time to worry about a new clutch.

Yes, true story.
Simple stuff first, hard stuff last.
