idk if the ka alternators are the same but i have a redtop sr
i need the bolt that goes through the side of the bracket and goes into the other bolt that goes through the front

is it a long bolt? because i have hella alternator bolts on hand from previous swaps. let me know.

If its not the adjusting bolt, just go to the hardware store and get a longer bolt and nut. My alternator bolt kept coming loose so i just got a new longer bolt, nut, and lockwasher. Dont need to make things harder than they are.
btw i did this on a KA. Not sure how the SR is setup.

i have it. and the shorter bolt too that goes into the hole that threads into the alternator bracket via a nut. right??

just go pull a tensioner out of a bone yard
i have used an se-r tensioner on an sohc
just try shit out
