Signal Lights Kit

Alright people, I have a problem finding this one particular kit to make the signal lights blink faster than usual or stay on. I'm guessing there was a switch or knob to alter the speed. It looked hella tight and was wondering if anyone could refer me to a company that made such gadgets as this.

SPW Industries does sell a flasher rheostat kit that allows adjustment. I looked but couldn't find it on website, maybe try calling http://www.spwusa.com/contact.asp ask for MJ!
