You probably need to bleed the clutch some more.

What kind of clutch? The duralast clutch i used was very soft, its just a cheap clutch, It was like 90$ at autozone, if thats your "oem" clutch then your sol.

Yeah I bought an exedy stage 1 street clutch, which is basically an OEM clutch, and despite the clutch line upgrades, my pedal is really easy. Not so much soft...but it's definitely bled and no air. The stock pressure plates I think are just naturally soft.
I would bleed the system a few more times and if it's still soft, but the pedal returns and the car shifts from gear to gear, then you should be good.

I have an unknown brand clutch and pressure plate. With new OEM master cylinder, Nismo slave cylinder, and Taka braided clutch line with no damper, the clutch effort is still soft. Sometimes I wish it was a little stiffer, but it works well enough.

soft pedal isnt anything dangerous, it just doesnt feel as good. no worries about it though. if your pedal isnt returning all the way, thats when you should worry about air in the lines, or a smashed assist spring bushing.

I suppose you can swap in a stiffer return assist spring.

My clutch is very soft as well, and I even used DOT 5 fluid, got rid of the dampener, and I'm running a braided line straight from master to slave.
Mine is soft because my cylinders leak, you should check your cylinders. Even if it's just slightly moist, it makes a big difference.

A mitty vac to bleed helped mine a LOT. Along with the stainless line from SPL. Bleeding normally was a lot more hassle and it didn't come out as good either.
