I'm pretty sure all you S13 drivers has it too. So far out of all the 240SX (89-94) I saw all of them has a faded turn signal and wiper lever (switch). It looks kinda white and it doesn't match. I was going to spray it black but didn't because the words will be black too.
Anyone know of a good way to make this look nice?

sorry, dude. my lever r perfectly black.

i'd suggest using armor-all or somethin like it to make it look nice again.

or get one of those Pochacco pencil covers, if they make them, and just put it on the levers. h3lLa tYte, y0!

Turtle wax black chrome is pretty good for restoring plastics' color, though it is a bit glossy. Haven't tried anything else though. I suppose if it matter that much to you, you could order new ones for under $100 from nissan. It would be a lot cheaper/ easier than trying to find a 240 with better ones if that's your only complaint.

i know what you are talking about beacuase mine are like that....they have like this nasty looking greyish/white color to them....i used armoral and it didnt work but i would gho with buying new ones if it bothers you that much.....i think i might try to spray mine....it will look cleanewr without the words....anyway who needs the words, you know wut it does, thats all that matters.

What I did on my old ride was use my finger nail and scratch all of the white crap off. It seemed to just be a dried layer of plasctic. Then I hit it with armor all and it was good to go. Just use armor all more often after you do the "scratch" and it will stay good.

Best thing to use is Lexol products like Vinylex. Its way better then Amirol because it actually dries on to whatever it applied onto, unlike amirol that just collects dust. You have to clean your dashboard or whatever before you apply it though because its not a cleaner though. You should be able to get it a local auto store.

Try Mothers "Back to Black" it should do the trick. If that fails to work, you can always replace it with a new one. It's not hard at all.

A new one costs $80.

You should get a scrub and scrub it off. All it is is residue and dirt. Mine came right off after I scratched it with my nail. Get something like a dish scrub and use that with some water. Be gentle.
