SOLD

selling out some suspension parts sitting around in the garage. pick up in westwood or oc (some weekends) only. i'm busy so i'd rather not ship, but will ship at buyer's expense if you pay asking price.

all were on my s13, ridden for about 2000 miles.

1. custom coilover kit. looks just like the megan racing street kit w/o the dustcovers. no leaks, shocks in great condition. single cylinder design.three rings for preload and height adjustability. pillowball for the front and camber plates included. i believe the rear is also pillowball. it is 16 way adjustable for both compression and rebound (one dial), but the dial rotates fluidly, not by clicks, four full rotations (think each quarter turn as a click). The bumpstop inside has been shortened to increase vertical clearance.
the coilovers came 8kg/6kg setup, but it was a bit stiff for auto-x (the primary use) so i have 6kg/5kg SWIFT springs on it. the springs themselves are worth 350 dollars, but i didn't want to part it because it was ordered for the custom length of the coilover. the springs, if you haven't heard, are of amazing quality and they ride great for the street. if you want stiffer for track days, you can easily swap in the stiffer springs. many who rode the car for auto-x said they were impressed by the firm suspension that wasn't too stiff.

i know it's a no name, but considering the swift springs... since it's out of my car, i'll vouch for the shocks by giving local pickups one week to try it out. if you absolutely hate it, then i'll give your money back. they must be in the same condition as time of sale.

I'm interested in the supsension arms. Are they the competition chromoly ones or just the regular steel ones?

just wondering...where did you buy/get the dampeners/shock for your coilover setup?

i picked it up from a friend who was going to start a custom coilover suspension line, but he didn't have enough interest so never got started. made somewhere in asia, not quite sure where. but i'd say very similar in quality to the other non-mainstream full coilovers.
the shocks are set pretty stiff, and w/ the soft springs from swift has very good reponses for auto-x and potentially drifting (you can swing around easily but never really tried). make me an offer and try it out, if you absolutely hate it after a week drop it back off and i'll give you your money back. =)
