I just read the thread about the guy that "almost" shit his pants, and the other one with the food pictures. It made me really depressed. If i ate any of those foodz i'd be the one shitting my pants. I get sick from just about everything, except for some reason a spicy chicken samich from wendys. Any body else out there with Irratable bowel syndrome? What tasty foods can you get away with eating? Doctor said boiled chicken and rice, nothing else. I cant live like that.

I'm sure some curry would do you fine. :keke:

Seriously if I started spontaneously shitting myself after eating a tasty meal, I'd just invest in some adult diapers. I love food way too much. :/

Exactly :keke: zing!

And curry is de-fucking-licious. I wouldn't care if I had IBS, I'd still devour the hell out of it. The pro's outweigh the con's.

A girl I know was the same way; damn near everything made her sick almost instantly... as she got older it lessend; but her doc told her she would just have to learn to live with it. :(

My girlfriend has celiac disease which makes her allergic to almost all grains. She had those symptons up until about 6 months ago when she found out. She gets horrible "nightmare pains" in her stomach when she ingests wheat/barley/rye.

Everything made her sick because almost 85% of all foods have some sort of wheat in them or were made in factories where wheat is used. No doctor could tell her what was wrong with her, she had to find out for herself because it seemed like it was everything she ate. Many doctors mistook it for IBS.

No barley, wheat, or rye... and that means no beer...

^^^ That's not uncommon for docs to mistake it for IBS. Most people who have Celiac disease go undiagnosed.

In case anyone is wondering; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coeliac_disease

Yeah, it's some nasty shit. People mess up her food at restaurants all the time and she has to have it remade.

We only go to a select set of the same restaurants because they all know her and know how to cook it appropriately. Anywhere else and you run a risk. She has to read everything.

I dunno im pretty sure it is IBS. I was tested for Lactose intolerance too, I drank 2 cups of pure lactose. I didnt get sick and it was delicious. I ate plain pasta today and that didnt make me sick. I ate salad with oil and vinegar dressing within 10mins i was realy sick. That happened a few times so im pretty sure the oil did it to me.

If you had Celiac disease you wouldn't be able to live of Wendy's spicy chicken sandwhich without getting sick like you do....

I would avoid Hormel's Chilli.

No, I don't believe so... at least not that I am aware of. Certain foods, stress and some other things can really irritate the condition and make it worse than usual though; if you have it.

I got it...
Basically I used to work at costco and used to eat their pizza all the time for lunch... well one time after eating some pizza there I got really sick and just couldnt stop throwing up no matter what... It sucked I literally threw up the entire night at my gf's house.

After that I always had stomach problems after drinking a monster, coffee or greasy foods. and felt very tired cuz I always had the hot poops. I was also very stressed at the time and that made it worse.

So I was at wal mart one day and saw this stuff called ganeden that was for treating IBS... tried it out and now I feel perfectly normal and can eat whatever the fuck I want but I gotta chew up this nasty sweet tasting pill every day.

hmmmmmmm i think im gonna head out to walmart. I used to take medicine for it and it didnt work. Then when i stopped taking it i had water-poo for a month until my body stabilized itself. I also found, excersize (spellcheck?) and smoking 3 ciggarettes a day have helped me ALOT. I was the inventory manager in an autoparts wharehouse last summer, lots of excersize when ur working by yourself unloading and shelfing pallets in 130degree hot-box. I felt great all last summer, now im fat and have bad poopies.
