Specs? If I had to guess I'd say it's for NA, but I don't really know. If it is, it's perfect for KA application. We have an HKS Hi Power on one of our cars back home and it's a great sound, rumbly but not loud.
If you want piping diameter measurements you'll have to give me till tomorrow.

The piping is 2.5", so it's def. NA application.
The tip can be cleaned up and polished to a luster again. I used a non abrasive polish and it cleaned up a bit. Looks like it could use a good abrasive polish and some elbow grease.
I found a tiny break in the canister weld. Basically it's about a 1" long, 1mm (if that) crack. It's not a big deal, 5 seconds with a welder will have it closed up, and I doubt you'd notice the leak anyway, but I'd be wrong not to point it out. Anyhow, I'm willing to take $25 off the price of the exhaust for it.
