has any one done a z31 MC with z32 calipers

just wanted to know if anyone has done the z32 full brake conversion but using a z31 master cylinder. is it the same as using a z32 master cylinder or is it different. if anyone could post on this i woul appreciate it. thanks to all that post in advance.

was it really so important that you had to create 2 threads about it? I seriously doubt that they are the same, seeing as the z31's didnt have the same calipers as the z32, so the bias will be off, iirc they are only single pistons, just like the stock s13's and 14's

And it works perfect! The Z31 non turbo master cylinders actually give you the proper balance to run the 30mm calipers with stock rear calipers...in fact it damn near mirrors the JDM Silvia K's setup.

I already gave you answers in the first post with references to split points....

Codyace is correct to Z31 non-turbo has teh same specs as stock but only larger 15/16" 569psi split point and same reducing ratio, this is good for running Z32 up front either 26mm or 30mm thickness doesn't matter....
