Stock Speakes (95 240)

I posted this question earlier but I used a stupid topic title and description I appologize, what size are the s14 speakers?

I am pretty sure they are 5.25" in the rear (had to replace mine, the surrounds were gone).  The A-pillar tweeters are really small and in a special mount.  The front door speakers are also 5.25" IIRC.

either way they are pretty much the same

The speakers are 6 3/4 all around. Also look for oversized 6 1/2 cause they are also known as that. Trust me on this cause I just bought new Polk 6 1/2's and I had to "custom" the front speakers into the brackets.

6.5" the front has a maximum mounting depth of 2.5". The rears are also 6.5", but don't have a problem with mounting depths.
