power window problems, can nebody help?

my power windows will not roll up nor down, my sunroof does not work either. i checked the fuse and its ok, and i replaced the circuit breaker, and still didnt solve it. when i drive my S13 with the circuit breaker in, the car gives off a little click sound, and my lights go dim for a second, and that happens every like 15 seconds or so,  when i take off the circuit breaker, everything is fine, except i still cant operate my windows either way. please help me someone, i cant drive my car anywhere cause i cant roll the windows up. thanks!!

I dunno bout your windows.... but someone correct me if I'm wrong... I was under the impressions that s13's didn't come with powered sunroofs???

If you pull off the door panel (2 phillips screws, one top-front, one in the handle behind the switch. Than pull the plastic surrounding swiches and door handle, pull interrior piece from bottom than up at the top) You will see a small black box held in my two screws that your window switchbank plugs into. Its the wondow power amplifier. Find one at a junkyard (cost me $4, but should have been around 25) and plug the new one in. It worked for me.
