I would go with Ground Control Coilovers before springs, that way you can customize the ride height and specify your own spring rate when you order them. It would be a good idea to get some shocks while your at it too.

i agree with west. if i had my choice, i'd use GC, the problem is, the shocks you have to get to be able to handle the loads cost too damn much.
