i dont have the cash, but i do have quite a few friends. can you put up some more details and pics regarding the car? maybe i can convince someone to drive up and check it out. where in Wisconsin? i'll be back in Chicago for the AutoShow around Feb. 10th, i bet if u make a trip there w/ the car, i can have quite a few people take a look at it.
