S13 Speedometer problems

From what I hear, the S13 speedometer going out is a common problem. I was wondering how I can fix it. Any advice would be helpfull.

Try this instead of replacing it, you can check it yourself to see if it has a more common problem that is easily fixed, rather than just buying a whole new one.
