help picking coilovers?....KTS or Tein?

I'm stuck between these 2 coil overs for my setup. This will be a daily driver but I will be taking it to a few drift events for fun. Its either KTS or Tein type flex. Which would you pick or which do you have and how do you like them? Hows the ride quality on the KTS?

Tein = U.S support if u wanna send em in. You can give em a call if you need clarification or advice on something.
KTS = having to buy replacement struts and diy. Replace with all new shocks for $550. For the price of rebuilding other shocks (Tein, JIC, etc) you can simply swap in new shocks with no downtime and no shipping hassles.

Both should be good. What do you have now? anything is better then stock/or typical lowering spring/strut combo so you wont be disappointed.

Yeah - what he said ^^^ if u search around there is a LOT of feedback on the flex's and the KTS's. pretty much any coil u want - theres info about it on this board.

i rode in a car with KTS and they felt good, better than Cuscos and better than stuff like megan. If you're in that price range - stance is in there too at around 1200 shipped from autornd

maybe you could find a person local to you that has a set of them and get a ride in hisher car?

between KTS or tein, KTS definatly- just for the simple fact that you don't have to wait and ship your stuff overseas and then wait for it to come back, not fun trust me from experience

have you thought about silkroad coilovers? very nice ride. they have custom springs rates to. i think the regular setup for the silkroads are 8/7 for the S13 and S14. beyond that is customs rates.

yea i got tein he on my s13, havent ever had anything else. But from riding in other peoples cars, I'd go KTS or Silkroad. But i can also get mine rebuilt since TEIN is like an hour away from me.

HA's not even full height adjustble right? Correct me if im wrong, althought they both are made for different driving style.....
I would say HE's for the win since you can always get custom spring rates for softer ride.
