i assume so, since S14 seats work perfectly in S13

the plugs for the seat belt that activate the light on your gauge cluster arent the same, but can be easily wired up or just switched over the parts, just take the whole female section of the seatbelt that connects to the "butt" part of the seat and replace

im not so worried about the warning light as much. i just want to make sure that my s14 buckle correctly and safely goes into the s13 seat and everything lines up and is safe in case of collisions, etc (dont want buckles coming off, seats not being positioned right, etc.)

As far as seat rails, s13/4/5 are all the same.

so s14 seats are able to be swapped into an s13 with no fabrication. it says the rails are the same but how able to electronics and stuff?

You bumped a thread from last year asking the most basic question in the history of internet for what?
The electronics? What all do you think is in a seat other than a seatbelt switch?

oh thank you so much for clearing that up for me. if its so basic you could have answered it....right? Or are you only here to brag about how much you know but not help anyone?

Alright fuckwad, I'm bored so I'll answer you. The only thing electrical on a seat is the seatbelt switch. The plugs are different, cut and splice or swap the buckle. Brilliant.
Otherwise the seats are identical in fitment. Same stuff we've discussed since 1995.
