General Info: It's a champagne '93 240sx kat hatch 5spd, 145,xxx miles, good condition and runs very strong. compression test was perfect 200psi about 10,000 miles ago. Last year I dynod it at 10 psi and made 250whp and 256wtq. Now it's at 15 psi. I'm selling it because I am ready to start a new project.
The car is an SE trim, so it has power windows/locks, sunroof, spoiler, power antenna(which doesn't work). The a/c and heater work great. It has new speakers, but the cd player was recently stolen. The interior is complete and in fair condition.
Body-wise, the car is good. The paint still shines, but has small dings and dents, and the bumpers are starting to fade and chip.(seen in pictures)
The car drives very well. The motor itself has been nothing but reliable. The car is comfortable and the exhaust is relatively quiet. It got a new inspection sticker(the special kind) this summer. The title is perfectly clean.
Anyway, here's a complete date and mod list. I bought the car completely stock and I have installed every modification myself

In winter of '04, I replaced the timing chain components with new OEM
components(I have the receipts).
The timing chain job consisted of:

Here is a complete list of possible problems that I have been able to think of. I don't want a potential buyer to travel a long distance to see the car, only to complain about a problem that I did not mention in the description. Cosmetic issues can be seen in the pictures.
passenger side seat belt lap-strap does not have any tension(i plan on fixing this before selling)
one of the headlights doesn't go down(i plan on fixing this before selling)
no cd player(i plan on fixing this before selling)
some small dents on right side rear quarter panel
some small dents on front left fender
dent under the "240sx" rear garnish
paint chipping on front bumper, paint blemishes on rear bumper
front pillowball mounts need to be regreased(makes a popping noise)
power steering pump makes noise after hard pulls(the turbo heats it up)
steering wheel is peeling.
car pulls very slightly to the right.
