The harness that i got with my swap had the o2 sensor completely cut off. so, i snagged a plug that was the same style off of my ka harness and started wiring it up. i did some research first and all, but i cant read wiring diagram that well, so those didnt help. i wired it up the way i figured it should go and then used my fluke to test for cont. i got the ground is grounding through one of the ring connectors on the engine, the power is coming from the red connector it should be (havent chopped that off and spliced the ka one on yet). the part that confuses me is that on the signal wire, im not getting a connection at pin 19 of the ecu plug, but rather i get a connection at the center pin of the 5 pin ingitor chip connector. is that normal? the wire colors are black (ground) white shielded with black outer (sender) and brown (power).
any ideas?

ok i figured out the ignitor chip plug thing, the shielding on the signal wire was in contact with the inner wire. no bueno. but now, im still not getting anything on pin 19, im getting it on pin 27.

NEVERMIND! i just realized that the pinout is looking from the wire side of the ecu plug which would make it pin 19. all good
