Was driving down 7100, and I see this beautiful, sexy, lovely, fuckable red M5 start driving next to me. Im thinking about gunning it when I remember the light 100 yds ahead of me (doh). So we get to the light, and a car's in the left lane, but the right is clear. The sexy beast pulls into the right lane ahead of me, and we stop for the red. At the green, this guy decides to test me. He starts pullin, I can see the smoke comin out of the tailpipes he's pushing so hard. So I gun it. We start about 4 car lengths away, and by the end I'm barely 1. So, I guess I didn't really take it out, but the point is, I am now satisfied knowing I can beat one of the Godliest cars on earth, and one of my favorites - for a quarter of the price, and with half his engine.
So, not exactly, but I do now know my car is faster. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> If that POS Accord wouldn't have been there... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

What do you have done to your car ka+t or sr20?

yes praytell what would give your car the ability to spank an m5. i won't call BS but unless you've done some serious work to your sr20, its unlikely you'd beat an m5.

The SRs are just running around reaking havoc on the streets <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'> There are a lot of debates about which is better KA-T or SR I belive its a matter of taste and budget. But you can't argue w/ the ability of a tuned SR. hell I have taken down a 535i w/ minimal mods on my SR (I know its no M5). This is just a pro SR rant so ignore me if you please. KA-Ts can be crazy too! ::trying not to hurt feelings:: <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cry.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>
So gents if the jury is still out on wether or not to get the SR just look at pure chaos we are creating

300+hp...soon, grasshoppah, soon...at least once I put on the T3/T04E sitting in my garage (waiting for my 550's to come in).
Actually, I have no idea how I took it out. 262 rwhp, 239 rw torque (Johnathan has a simlar setup, but smaller exhaust piping (2.5 inch I think vs. 80mm=less hp, more torque). Maybe my car has mojo, maybe my trusty tailpipe smoke method is flawed. I was pulling on him though...could have been my 2700 lbs vs. his 3500-4000 (I'm assuming) lbs. Then again, though, I've seen my setup run 13's (S14 SR, I/C, 1 bar, exhaust, downpipe, and the almighty intake, which doesn't do much but looks very...green). The S14 runs mid 14's stock, and I have 80 hp over stock. The M5 runs mid 13's, so it's possible.
