Well, the last event of the season at Lime Rock proved to be successful. I ended up with a best timed run of 1.00.9 to beat the 3.8 RSR in my class. I ended up breaking the class record too! The Maxi was awesome after fixing the cracked intake manifold friday night(happened on on the straight at 2 bar of boost). We found the frame welder for the skip barber formula cars and he welded it for free! I didn't get too much practice with full power but all I can say is that the wing made such an insane difference on the high speed sections. I got to meet a lot of cool people as there was a drift event on the upper karting course. There were what looked like 50 240s there which was great to see. I'll post some photos when they are posted elsewhere but here is a video of the timed run. It is like 20 megs and is on my site but I'll put it on google in a bit.

Sick...makes me want to get some aero on my car even more. Good work! I love this thing, and the fact that it kicks ass while being built on a budget makes it even better.

Thats Old Mother Hubbard (OMH). She's a Ford CF6000, 170bhp 6.6 litre diesel, Eaton Fuller Super 10 Speed. We converted her rear end for towing and have ramps to fit a car inside as well. She's getting an Ebay FMIC this winter so we can get some more MPG out of her. Today she was boostin close to 30 psi.

I left to go down at 1030 AM. After my stupid Mapquest directions left me in southern Connecticut near the NY border I had to turn around. Sucks I missed both events I was really looking forward to seeing the car run and the drift event. =(

Looks awfully cold out there. How are you keeping the tires warm? Is that what the opposite lock is for? kekekeke.

Just curious of your competitors times. Planning on dominating?

Nice pics! I see you got the diffuser installed and found some white wheels. I kinda liked the green ones for some reason. And it looks like you changed up the spoiler again also.

I like the E36 M3's, I have one:rawk:
