Alright guys, I want to start rebuilding dampers here in the shop. In order to do that I need to know first if the dampers are rebuildable. And second, what size o-rings and such are needed to do a full rebuild. I would also like to look into revalving them.
So I'm asking for your help. I don't have much of a budget to work with for this project. But I know a lot of you guys probably have old coilover setups lying around that are probably blown and just lying around. I would only need one front and one rear and I would just need the damper body, not any of the mounting hardware or the spring or any of that stuff.
I really can't afford to pay much, but I will cover shipping and then if this does work, I'll rebuild your stuff for a greatly discounted price. I'm also planning on getting my own dyno for the shop in the very near future, so I plan on testing all these dampers and possibly revalving them. So if you help me out now, you won't be forgotten when I get to that point.
