Do a little research before you buy something you're not sure about.

I personally suggest not buying a "cusco" item if it costs too little.
Usually, if it carries knockoff pricing, it carries knockoff existence

the trademark anodized blue plates that can easily be copied...
and yours isnt "beefy" because cusco has many different configurations (e.g. OS, AS, etc.)...if it is; cool...if it isnt, you got jacked a few bucks and itll do the same job as the cusco...a strut bar is a strut bar is a strut bar...dont lose sleep over it...

What he was saying is that you got had if you paid cusco money for a strut tower bar in the first place... I have 40.00 including shipping between the BOTH of mine, and I am more than pleased with them doing the same thing that your cusco does

I know they have the C Cusco trademark, but I didn't know that Cusco has a trademark on their blue colour in the US.
Can you verify this?

My Cusco rear strut tower bar has "Cusco" laser etched on the top side of the bar, so if yours has that along with the blue, then it is. But I agree, a strut bar is a strut bar, regardless of brand. They all do the same thing.
Here's the best picture I have of mine. It's hard to see, but "Cusco" is etched on the right hand side. Searching also does wonders.

I'd definitely say so. I swapped out a pair of eBay's for some JIC's (carbon fiber ones) and damn does it feel the same. It surely does what it was meant to do--cost me some money.

sometimes you can feel a difference between the "3 piece" ones and the welded one piece ones, and there are different designs, such as ones that also connect to the firewall etc.

Now THERE are the differences, but on an apples-to-apples comparison, I suggest saving the money. I have NEVER seen one broken and, in such, don't see reasoning for the exttra cash outlay
Aside from frame-bending accidents, I've never seen one out of it's normal shape...But I HAVE seen one severely bent out of shape before
A steel bar welded between the shock towers will also do the same job. With strut bars, it's paying for the bling.
Regardless, I have Cusco front and rear.

i think the older version cuscos dont have 'cusco' laser etched onto the bar. i have some older version cuscos brand new ones that are in my closet without it.

it should look like a pipe with blue circles on the end
if it for instance looks like a grocery bag, or a guitar, you got scammed
