1993 240sx SE hatchback
Car is red and currently has 169xxx miles on it. Higher mileage yes but runs good. (doesn't everyone say that? lol)
Manual obviously..
Stock except for the air filter put on when I bought it.
This car has NO RUST on it. Hatch was rusty but I cut it out and fixed it. I'll take pics of it sooner or later. Inside of the hatch was stripped when I bought it. I have the interior parts that the guy gave me but I chose to leave it stripped cuz it looks cooler ( Rolling Eyes ). It had rust in there but again I grinded it all down to bare metal and sprayed on some rust proofing primer and coated it with a couple of layers of truck bedliner. Now it looks pretty tight and no more rust! Thing is the taillights (I believe) leak. No biggie just replace the seals around em. And the truck bedliner does it's job. It rained the other day and all I found was a big puddle in there. Soak it up and move on..
Interior is in pretty good condition. Has brown spots and stains on it from something one of the previous owners spilled on it. HAS floormats and are in decent condition. SE means it has the rear wiper, cruise control some other micellanious things. Usually packaged with HICAS (4wheel steering) and an LSD but strangely mine didn't... :(
Car has a sunroof. Doesn't leak but looks like it'll need teh seal around it replaced sooner or later? Also comes with sunroof cover (hard to find) interior piece. Both seats are in good condition. Comes with aftermarket CD player. If you turn the volume up loud the speakers aren't too good. But hey their 93 stock speakers what do you expect.
Anyway so I was thinking selling it for $3k or trade for some sort of AWD Talon or Eclipse GSX. MUST run. I cannot throw in any cash as I don't have any to throw in. You can throw in some though. Wink I'm pretty sure I want one that has the 6/4 bolt combo (90-92?) and I like the popups too. Don't really care about the color. Preferably little to no rust. Body should be in ok condition. No bodykits or any gay altezza taillights. MANUAL a must. I do not drive automatic cars.
