Yes, and actually HKS divorced Dump tube in stainless steal, made in Japan, very rare. fits all Rb25/rb20, it will fit right up on the stock turbo, or any aftermarket turbo for the RB20/25 with a t3 flange and 5bolt internal wastgated. .

100 and it can be yours :)

Do you know if it clears S13 steering column?

it should, unlike the sr your turbo is father away fromt he column so it should clear it.
