It sounds to me like he has some wheels in Japan and wants to know if someone who has a container being loaded in Japan would be willing to add those wheels to said container so he doesn't have to pay out his ass to ship them. I could be completely wrong though...

your best bet is to call/email takumi project.. they will of course charge u a markup fee, but your not gonna find anyone that isnt out for a lil profit.

Its at Up Garage? I suggest you seriously talk to them. They can get it over here no problem. This is a fact. hehehehhehhehehe. Oh ya you don't speak Japanese. Well none the less if you have someone that can speak Japanese Up Garage can get it into LA on a container no problem. Lets just say they exist here already but not under the Up Garge name.

yea upgarage's response to me was suprisingly in english after a (shitty) google translation which my one buddy laughed at who speaks japanese but it did the trick i guess...and it was...
