If you're asking if a the Z32 will just bolt to the SR oem intake than the answer is no. You'll need an adapter. Remedial-240 101

No its not. Z32 does share the same pattern with a maxima, cant remember which years though.

Z32 MAF'S outside diameter is bigger, i think its 3inch? so you would need a larger coupling to mount it.

The air box/filter side, should use a different flange as well.
The plug harness obiously is different as well. hope that helps
