I have a 95 240SX and want to install the OEM skirts from the 97-98. Do i have to drill holes or is this a bolt on?
if I have to drill holes, Id rather not put them on.

Yes, you'll have to drill holes, and super glue the end caps on.
Takes about 4hrs to install both sides correctly. 3 if you're lucky.
In all seriousness, no holes need to be drilled. Just slap them on. I mean did you even go outside and look?

i had a body shop to this for me on a 1997 base model. I saw them install it with just bolting the end caps with a double sided tape to attach the whole skirt on the body. This my friend was necessary because there were nothing in the bottom of the base model where you can attach all the mounting points on the edge of the skirts. Mine is very good and the tape never came off to create a gap.
