Whats the going price on an S12?

I found an S12 at a mechanic's shop. I've seen it sitting there for a few months now, dunno if its just not running or he put a mechanic's lean on it. Gonna check it out tommorow. I'm thinking I can score it for cheap, and maybe fix it up a bit and resell it. How much would the car go for if the engine is blown? And how much with it running? The body is in great condition.

i wouldnt pay $100 for an s12, because i get my 240s for nearly that much..
